1726 Apparel is a small faith-based clothing brand operated as a sole proprietorship in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. We collect as little about you as we can get away with, and we never sell your information. Here is the whole picture.

What We Collect

• When you place an order: your name, shipping address, email, and order details. Payment is handled entirely by Square — your card number goes to Square, not to us, and we never see or store it.
• When you use the contact form or join the waitlist: your name (if you give it), email address, and message.
• When you choose local pickup: the contact details needed to coordinate the pickup.

What We Don't Do

No advertising trackers, no analytics profiles, no selling or renting your data — to anyone, ever. Your shopping cart lives in your own browser's storage and never leaves your device until you check out.

Who Touches Your Data

• Square processes payments and stores order records (see Square's privacy policy).
• Formspree relays contact-form and waitlist submissions to our inbox.
• Shipping carriers receive your name and address so your order can reach you.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security, as virtually every website does.

How Long We Keep It

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Waitlist and contact emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your Choices

Email us any time to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Waitlist emails always include a way to opt out — or just reply and say "remove me" and it's done.

Children

Our store isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
